Through this whistleblowing channel, employees, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders can report suspected misconduct, illegal activities, or other serious violations of ethical standards.

What Can Be Reported?

Reports may concern, for example:

  • Bribery or corruption

  • Fraud or financial misconduct

  • Conflicts of interest

  • Serious occupational health and safety violations

  • Environmental violations

  • Data protection or information security breaches

  • Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate treatment

  • Violations of Aslemetals' Code of Conduct

  • Other illegal or unethical activities

Confidential Handling of Reports

All reports are handled confidentially. Reports can be submitted under your own name or anonymously, provided that the reporting system supports anonymous submissions.

Aslemetals does not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns. Reports made in good faith will not result in any negative consequences for the reporting person, even if the suspected violation is later found to be unsubstantiated.
